Horse and rider from Body Worlds 2005

well this is from a sketch that i did i think in 2005 when i went to the Body Worlds exhibit at the Science Center in L.A. which is actually coming back this year to L.A. again in 2008. The exhibit was of a horse and a rider. Both the horse and the rider are without skin. You can see all the muscles, bones, veins, etc.. on the horse, and the same with the rider, except that the rider was also split in 3 sections which made it appear as if there were three riders instead of one. However as you can tell the horse on this image is not without flesh, but that's only because just last week when i picked up my old sketch book and decided to digitally color this sketch i decided that i wanted to paint the horse with skin instead of without skin. The image is kinda dark, i know. That's kind of how i wanted it to be, but i realize that maybe on some peoples monitors it might be way too dark. I'll try to see if i can fix that, because i think that i may want to do more with this image. i like it. Maybe i'll extend the right side of the image and add a road going down the hill and somthing at the end, maybe a castle or something. and there will be thunder, which will explain the shine of the horses body.

While waiting for my new Cintiq12wx

Well, hi everyone. i guess this is the first image i post on my blogspot and that is because i did it today. Well theres nothing much to say about this. i did this while desparetly waiting for the arrival of my new Cintiq12wx. Just in case you miss understood i didnt say i used my Cintiq for this, i just used my regular Intuos3 9x12 tablet. About this image i was just scribbling around in Photoshop and came up with this. Okay well i will be posting more things. Some will be new stuff and some will be old stuff that i never showed off to anyone. alright bye .
